We are pleased to announce that Vantage Infrastructure has entered a strategic partnership with Capital Four , an industry-leading credit asset manager. This collaboration continues the development of a robust and diversified credit platform, with enhanced private credit solutions, and increases combined AUM to EUR 20 billion. Vantage and Capital Four are a strong cultural fit and will each continue to operate autonomously while leveraging our respective business development and distribution capabilities to expand our range of private debt solutions and deliver to a broader, combined client base.
